Entry is open to photographers all over the world. The salon is organized under the approved rules of FIAP, Photo Season and LCPA. All acceptances will count for FIAP, LCPA and PS.
2. Sections
There are three digital sections:
● Open Color (color only)
● Open Monochrome (monochrome only)
● World in Focus (color/monochrome)
An image may be entered in only one section.
(The FIAP prohibition on AI-generated images, and all other conduct rules, apply as set out in full below.)
3. Entry Fee
The entry fee is to be paid after the upload of the photos is finished. Discounts are not allowed. Cheques are not accepted. Entries for which no or insufficient payment has been received will not be judged.
Entry fee is mandatory for all participants: €25 per person for all 3 sections.
Payment comments: please write the full name of the author, using only Latin letters, without special letters or symbols.
The works of authors who do not pay the full fee will not be considered. The fee is non-refundable.
4. Calendar

Notification of Results
All participants will receive individual report-card notifications via e-mail. Results will also be published on the website.
5. Judging
The jury will evaluate all 3 sections: Open Color, Open Monochrome, World in Focus. Judges:

● Normante Ribokaite, AFIAP – Lithuania
● Viesturs Links, AFIAP – Latvia
Judging Method
● Judging is conducted remotely, on-line. Judges use colour-calibrated monitors capable of displaying images at exactly 100% of the image resolution (images are never enlarged/zoomed beyond native resolution).
● An award session is held by videoconference, with the jury viewing the images together.

7. Catalog

8. Digital Entry Submission
● Authors submit photos online at https://photoseasons.com
● Each entry form must be written only in English. If problems occur during online registration, entrants may e-mail the registration form with images to info@photoseasons.com
● Photos must be JPG format. Maximum Horizontal length is 1920 pix. Maximum Vertical length is 1080 pix.
● 300 dpi. Compression 7-12. Maximum 2Mb.
● Exhibitions will not resize oversized images – entrants must resubmit correctly-sized images.
